We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a store credit or issue a replacement item.

Returns & Cancellations
All Shipping Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE (One way Global) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. 3.2 Restocking Fee for cancelled or returned orders. All cancelled & returned orders are subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% (fifteen per cent) of the total invoice. | -
Return or Cancellation Due To Change Of Mind One way Global will happily accept returns due to change of mind or cancellation as long as a request to return or cancel is received by us, within 7 days of receipt of item, or cancelled before shipment, and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, or cancellations are accepted and processed, ALL refunds will be processed in store credit ONLY for a future purchases on site. We will notify you once this has been completed by email to the email address registered to the customers account. The store credit is attached to the customers account exclusively and cannot be used by any other account. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Warranty Returns One way Global will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect One way Global to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a refund in store credit (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
- Delivery Terms 4.1 Transit Time Domestically In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
4.2 Transit time Internationally Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
One Way Global will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are
unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before
dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we
await this item.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid
upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and one way global
encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with
us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to One Way Global at the customers expense, and
the customer will receive a refund in Store Credit for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. A restocking fee may apply.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. There is a 15% restocking fee of the total invoice for all cancelled orders.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.

their investigation into the claim.

Final Sale Policy:
All sales are final. Due to health regulations and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Shipping Timeframe:

In-Store Pickup Orders:
Orders placed for in-store pickup will be charged in advance and held for up to 30 days past the scheduled pickup date. After 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund. Orders containing seasonal or holiday items, as well as same-day pickup orders, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Pickup Verification:
A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name and billing address associated with your order may be required at pickup. If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please notify us via email at support@culturecrunchofficial.com, including your order number in the subject line. Culture Crunch reserves the right to refuse the release of your order to anyone other than the designated individual.
Product Responsibility:

Quality Concerns:

Damaged Package Protocol:

A claim with the shipping provider will be necessary, and the process may take up to 4 weeks. Please do not discard any damaged items or packaging, as they may be required for inspection. Note that claims cannot be made for items that melted, spoiled, or broke during transit.
In-Store Order Check:
Orders picked up in-store must be checked before leaving the store. Culture Crunch is not responsible for any missing or damaged items once you leave our premises.
Product Images:

Pre-Orders & Backorders:
Pre-orders and backorders are charged at the time of order placement. They may be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, your order cannot be refunded.
Combined Orders:
If you order pre-order or backordered items along with other items in a single transaction, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship. The entire order is subject to the refund policy outlined in point 10.
Pre-Order Shipping Dates
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders and backorders are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control. Orders cannot be canceled due to changes in estimated shipping dates.
Order Changes:

Include your order number in the subject line. If changes are possible, you will receive an email confirmation. There is no guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after this timeframe.
Payment:
All orders are charged in full at the time they are placed. Cancellation requests within 30 minutes are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Inventory Changes:
While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally items may go out of stock unexpectedly. If we are unable to fulfill your order, and no suitable replacement is available, a refund will be issued for the missing items.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an invalid address is provided, we will contact you for an update. If no update is received within 3 calendar days, your order may be canceled and subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Lost or Returned Packages:
If a package is lost in transit or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, a refund may be issued once a claim is settled with the shipping provider or the package is returned in good condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Seasonal items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Abandoned Orders:
If your order is returned to Culture Crunch marked as "return to sender," we will contact you to arrange alternate shipping. If we do not hear from you within 7 calendar days, your order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
Missing Packages:
Culture Crunch is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for its receipt. We will not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Bulk Items:
Bulk items may not come in original packaging and may lack ingredient lists, allergen warnings, or other identifying information. Ingredient information is available upon request. Master cases will include original packaging and any associated information.
Bulk Item Packaging:
Bulk items are sold by total weight and packaged together. Piece counts are approximate and subject to change without notice.
Allergen Information:
Culture Crunch is not a nut or allergen-free environment. All items may come into contact with allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and dairy. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of allergen information provided by manufacturers. By purchasing from us, you accept full responsibility for any allergic reactions.
Best By Dates:
A "best by" date is not the same as an expiration date. Candy and snacks are often safe to consume beyond this date. Some imported products may arrive past their best by dates due to extended travel times, but they are still considered safe to eat. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that are past their best by dates.

Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We try to catch any mistakes in shipping addresses and will reach out if something doesn’t seem right. If you realize you made an error, contact us right away to fix it. While we try our best to make changes, we can’t always do so if the order has already shipped, so it’s always a good idea to double-check your address.
After you place an order, it usually takes us 24 to 72 hours to get it ready for shipment. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way, so you can keep track of your package.
